A Polish SME offers plastic bottles and containers for food and chemical products under manufacturing, commercial agency, subcontracting services agreement

This Polish small company, established in 2005, specializes in processing of plastics with use of injection and blow moulding techniques. The products are made of such raw materials as polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PE). The modern machine park renewed in 2012 with high capacity (closure forces from 120 to 220 tons) and many peripheral devices enables to manufacture bottles and vessels of various shapes and complicated, thin-walled injection parts. The portfolio comprises high-grade, glass-like, disposable dishware such as shot glasses 40 ml (colorless and colored – also with fluorescent coloring), cups, bottles and containers. The company supplies plastic bottles and containers directly to the production lines of international corporations. The company implements projects from the concept stage through designing, making tools – forms, using the highest available technologies to optimize costs and in the final production phase of the expected products – plastic details. Technical consultancy is offered at the initial stage – advice in choosing the right form for the size of future orders. The company provides injection services on entrusted forms, hot-channel and cold channel, thin and thick wall details. Subcontracting services agreement is envisaged then. Collaboration with several tool shops allows to regenerate old or to construct new forms.
