The company operates its activity through a 2 phases process:
1. Intensive brand strategy – in order for a company to reach its business goals, they must first identify them and discover what attracts the customers and then align the business with the customer needs. For this, they offer a strategy workshop that will bring clarity and coherence and will align all the stakeholders. During this type of workshop, there will be defined concepts like: brand DNA (purpose, vision, mission, core values), positioning strategy, current and ideal customers, brand personality, core messaging framework, action plan and priorities. As a result of this phase, the client will receive a full documentation with all the insights, their brand strategy and an action roadmap that will guide them through the business process.
2. Execution – during this phase, using the results from the brand strategy workshop they will create all the tools and assets needed by the client: visual identity, messaging strategy, all the brand’s touchpoints – website, brochures, catalogs and more.
All this process can be done in just 4 to 14 days, depending on the client's needs.
The company is conducting its activity mainly at transnational level and is now looking to expand on new markets. They are searching for partners in EU, Israel and USA, for cooperation under outsourcing and subcontracting activities. They are offering their knowledge and experience to companies from all types of industries, the only condition for cooperation being that they can be in direct contact with decision makers.
