The Belgian start-up designs its own bracelets and is now looking for a partner who will do the production of the bracelets. The Belgian company attaches importance to the sustainability of its products. The attached picture can give an idea how the bracelet will look.
At this point, the company would like to start with 4 different versions (2 versions of the matte black metal, 2 versions of the wooden intermediate part). The bracelet itself consists of a matte black metal or wooden lock and is made of the fabric paracord. It should be possible to open the bracelet with a little screwdriver, which should also be produced by the supplier. At first, the Belgian start-up would like to see some samples before ordering a first batch of 1000 bracelets. After this, the goal is to make different collections, so there should be a possibility to place different orders with different types of colors and/or fabrics.
The Belgian start-up is looking for a thrust-worthy supplier who is eager to communicate in a transparent manner. The supplier should attach importance to making the product as sustainable as possible. Furthermore, it is important to deliver a product of high quality. They would like to have a delivery time of maximum one month.

They are open to discuss creative ideas that potential partners can present to make the production process as efficient as possible. Trustworthiness and transparency are important for the Belgian start-up. Furthermore, the Belgian company wants to deliver quality products to its clients. They should be able to re-order different collections and would like to strive to a delivery time of maximum one month.
Technical Specification or Expertise Sought:
The Belgian company envisages 4 different versions of the bracelets (2 versions of the matte black metal, 2 versions of the wooden intermediate part). The intermediate peace (lock) will be available in matte black metal or wood. The wooden lock should be water resistant, without getting a shiny end result. The bracelet must me as matte as possible in general, shiny is not an option. There should be a possibility to close the lock with a screw. Next to the bracelet, an extra piece in the form of a screwdriver should be produced in order to tighten or loosen the screen.
The logo should be engraved or printed in black or white at the upper side of the lock.
The fabric of the rest of the bracelet should be made of paracord. The Belgian company is open to discuss the option to make only 1 thicker line of fabric, instead of 2 separate lines of fabric. In each case, the fabric has to be as thick or wide as the lock.
Before ordering, the Belgian start-up would like to see some samples so see which of them match the design the most.
Editions: The bracelet is unisex and the company would like to have XS for women and M and L for men. To start, the company would like to order 1000 pieces. More details of the spread between the different models can be found underneath:
-Bracelet 1: wooden lock, black fabric: 20XS, 170 M, 70 L
-Bracelet 2: wooden lock, fabric with accent (similar to design, colors to be determined): 20 XS, 170 M, 70 L
-Bracelet 3: matte metal lock, fabric with accent (similar to design, colors to be determined): 20 XS, 170 M, 70 L
-Bracelet 4: matte metal lock, black fabric: 20 XS, 170 M, 70 L
In total this comes to 1000 pieces. Dimensions of the sizes to be determined.
The packaging of the bracelet has to be a wooden case. Ideally, the packaging is done at the manufacturing company.
