Description: 
A Polish company was founded at the beginning of the new century - in January 2000. It is a private trading company (Ltd.). The core business is mainly export of Polish products to the Western and Northern Europe. The customers are European retail chains, garden centres and wholesale companies. Their most important sales markets are Germany, UK, the Netherlands and Scandinavian countries. Thanks to this speciality they have quickly learned both - German precision in the selection of products and the preparation of tenders and Scandinavian friendliness to humans and the environment. The company in numbers: - 20 years on the market, - 21 countries in which their products are, - more than 2 million products sold every year, - more than 150 regular customers, - several European retailers with constant cooperation, - hundreds of products in their offer. The main products in company's offer are designed for the care of the garden extended with landscaping elements. Lately the range got expanded to car cleaning products as well as home decorations. There is a wide range of standard and specialized brushes, rakes, shovels, watering cans, baskets and wheelbarrows in the offer. The lawn grids and drainage channels are complement to the outsides. Car cleaning items – regular and telescopic brushes, wash-mitts, gloves and towels determine another addition to the whole integrity of the trim house. Companies specialising in procuring goods from the EU manufactures with good knowledge of supply channel characteristics are sought. The cooperation will be based on distribution services agreement. The solution enables selling bigger amounts of products in bulk to one wholesaler. As the company is not yet on the market, it makes the process of selling easier. That is also why they do not own warehouses in a country of possible distribution. Thanks to this kind of cooperation, awareness of the company could be wider on the global market. Since the company does not have its own brand, most of production is realised under customer’s name. Finally, monitoring sales for different customers in other countries is done by distributor what saves supplier’s costs and is also safer due to distributor’s bigger knowledge about the products and competition.
