Description:
The Slovak company established in 2005 dealt with manufacturing of children´s clothing. Later on, since 2007 it has started to focus on uniforms and workwear (trousers, jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, vests, work gloves, work shoes, helmets and goggles). The company is able to manufacture products made of different kinds of textile for different industries. The company works with a wide range of fabrics from basic cotton, poly-cotton and polyesters to technical fabrics such as breathable laminates, highly-visible and non-flammable materials. All the products are suitable for various industries and companies of all sizes that meet the required hygiene and safety standards in the field.
Based on its production capacities and flexibility it has started to produce face masks made of textile as a reaction to Covid-19. Masks are made of special fabric made by the Swiss company which has developed an antiviral layer.
Antiviral face masks and its characteristics:
- silver component attracts and deactivates the virus
- silver ions attract the oppositely charged viruses and binds permanently to their sulphur groups
- the virus is effectively immobilized and inactivate
- vesicle component destroys the virus
- the fatty spherical vesicle technology functions by directly targeting the lipid envelope surrounding the virus
- the vesicle technology helps to deplete the viral membrane of its cholesterol content thereby destroying the virus
- the vesicle rapidly destroys the virus through a physical contact mechanism (cholesterol sink)

Manufacturing agreement: the Slovak company is offering to manufacture their antiviral face masks.
Commercial agency agreement: the Slovak company would like to agree with agents/traders about the specific number of masks they need and give a bid according to that number. The larger the number of orders is, the more favorable its offer will be. Masks are packed in bags and placed in boxes. The packaging can be carried out according to customer’s needs. After finalizing the agreement, the contract can be signed, including the number of the masks, the price and the delivery deadline.
