Founded in 2007, the Italian SME is specialized in the production of guide pillars and guide bushes for blanking dies, plastic moulds and casting dies, having long-lasting experience with plastic, aluminium and sheet metal dies and moulds. The company manufactures both standard and tailor-made items stemming from clients’ special requirements. Each product is manufactured only with high-quality raw materials. The most used materials are steel 1.7131 and bronze however, other specific materials for special items or items requested by the customers are also available.
Products are drawn upon request. Guide pillars have a diameter from 9-10 mm to 200 mm and they are 1500mm long. Guide bushes have a diameter from of 9-10 mm to 200 mm with a length to be defined according to the specific needs of the client.
The manufactured guide pillars and bushes are used for casts and moulds adopted in a wide range of industries, such as:
