The SME is part of a French agrofood group and well established as food co-packing specialist. For 30 years, it has specialised in the development and manufacture of frozen ready-made meals and starters for mass distribution and collective catering. The company is 30-year experienced in the development and production of frozen salty dishes such as lasagna, shepherd's pie, gratins or products made from scallops.
The SME has a complete quality system, it is International Featured Standard (IFS) Food certified for the marketing of products in mass distribution and also has many quality approvals such as organic label, halal approval, Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC).
Currently in partnerships with large food manufacturers to carry out R&D activities to develop new recipes, the French SME is now looking for partners abroad. The company is willing to provide a suitable industrial tool for the research, development and small production of new frozen products towards industrial partners looking for innovations, new products or new technologies in order to respond to new market demands or new trends without necessarily owning the technology, know-how or skills in terms of R&D activites.
The SME offers various industrial equipment in 3 areas of expertise:
- Cooking: baking, browning, poaching, cutting, mincing meat, preparing sauce, making lasagna dough...
- Dosage: dosage according to request (per layer), filling dosage, sauce dosage, assembly of different phases or elements in a dish, associative dosage...
- Packaging: packaging with flowpack machine, horizontal or vertical bagging machines, packaging under skin, casing, cardboarding
The multidisciplinary SME is able to respond to requests concerning many types of products, for example lasagna, shepherd's pie, multilayer dishes (proteins, starches and vegetables), dishes in sauce (couscous, etc.) and cooked scallops. The company intends to meet the expectations of partners through their R&D skills, industrialisation team with cookers and engineers and industrial capacities to test and produce small series.
