Greek Foundry/ Machine shop producing castings from cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum and brass alloys, is looking for partners under manufacturing agreement and subcontracting

The Greek company operates since 1972. The company was formed as a machine shop, although work undertaken rapidly increased to include, construction and repair and a department for the maintenance of industrial units.  At the same time, the company expanded to include a modern, fully automated foundry unit. The company employs 45 people, including many experienced engineers and craftsmen with 40 years of experience in construction and industry. The majority of its production is for Greek and European market. Their customers are mainly from Greece, Austria, Germany and France. They have the ability of producing castings that weight from 0,5 kg to 2.500 kg from cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum and brass alloys, with absolute respect to the European specifications. The total privately owned area of the company is 16000 m2. The plant has its own patterns making shop and heat treatment department for the castings. The foundry has the following melting capacities: - 2x250 kg induction furnaces - 1x500 kg induction furnace - 2x600 kg induction furnaces - 1x1600 kg induction furnaces The company is willing to sign a long-term manufacturing and/or subcontracting agreement. They are looking for partners from the power, mining, shipping, chemical and food industry or wholesalers of casting parts.
