A Ukrainian manufacturer of natural wood veneered boards is looking for partners to collaborate under the distribution services agreement, manufacturing, subcontracting agreement or commercial agents

The Ukrainian company was established in 2010 as a trading company. Since 2013, the company has started its own production of veneered boards of fiberboard, chipboard, MDF (HDF), FSF, and FC plywood, blockboard. Modern wood-based board materials are currently the optimal raw material in terms of price-quality ratio for the manufacture of furniture, interior doors, and various interior items: partitions, panels, decorative panels, etc. Furniture facades of cabinet furniture using veneered boards look like natural wood, but they are more practical and cheaper than those. In order to give the slabs the look and texture of natural wood, they are finished with a veneer. The boards are covered with natural veneer. Materials acquire an expensive respectable look of wood and at the same time differ from natural wood in moisture resistance, wear-resistance and resistance to sudden changes in temperature conditions. In addition, veneered MDF, chipboard, fiberboard and other wood-based materials are cheaper than natural wood. Seven years of production activity have given a huge experience that allowed the products to compete with world analogs. The production equipment of the company allows applying veneer up to two millimeters thick. The surface of the slab is veneered with a hot flat hydraulic press with a maximum pressure of up to 7 kg/cm2. The company produces veneering of joinery boards with veneer sheets from more than 500 types of wood. After the release of the product, it is checked by the specialists of the quality control department. All products are certified. The company also provides services for the artistic selection of veneers, veneer edging, varnishing, and other work on the processing of veneered furniture boards. The Ukrainian company considers that has sufficient capacity and resources to get involved in other medium- and long-term projects. For this reason, the company is looking for international partners to collaborate under manufacturing or subcontracting agreements. The company is offering to produce materials for partners actives in manufacturing industry furniture or is offering to become a subcontractor for other companies from the field of the wood industry. The company is interested in entering foreign markets, and cooperate under distribution services and commercial agency agreements.
