In addition to supplying the above mentioned equipment, they repair hydraulic and pneumatic components (cylinders, pumps, motors, directional-, pressure-, proportional- and flow-control valves, accumulators, coolers); maintain hydraulic installations (by preventive maintenance on-site or in workshop; troubleshooting on-site; removing water contamination in oil; flushing and filtering your circuit; and/ or by making oil analysis); improve hydraulic installations (by saving energy with use of pump units in combination with drive); and improve pneumatic installations (compressed air leaks detection – ultrasonic inspection with the ultraprobe 9000mph).
They have their own workshop, fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and machinery: hydraulic test benches (for hydraulic components; the equipment can test hydraulic components up to 690BAR and pumps up to 140CM³/REV // 210L/MIN // 420BAR); a turning and milling (5-axis included) machine; hose crimping and cutting machine; a pipe bending machine; a pipe flaring machine; a welding machine; a ultrasonic cleaning machine; an oil flushing hydraulic group.
They also dispose of their own warehouse where they stock a large palette of components and parts such as fittings (steel, stainless steel); flex hoses and fittings; filters; pumps and accessories (couplings, bellhousing etc.); motors; accumulators; coolers; cylinder repair kits.
