The company was founded in 1991. In 2007 it was announced as one of the largest vegetable oils manufacturers in Bulgaria.The factory is located on area of 60 000 square meters, 12 000 sq.m. of which is grain warehouses, production area, administrative building. The company employs 80 people.
The company is buying and taking in for storage about 70 000 tons oil seeds.
The oil press uses the latest technologies and processes 300 tons of sunflower seeds for 24 hours. Refinery capacity is 100 tons per 24 hours and includes all the technological stages: neutralization, bleaching, crystallization and deodorization. They are carried out by the installation of the highest technological level, which guarantees excellent quality of the end product, complying with all world standards and Codex Standard for vegetable oils.
The storage area for raw oil is with capacity of 6 000 tones, and the refined oil is being stored in stainless steel silos with capacity of 800 tones.The workshop for bottles production and bottling has a capacity of 150 000 bottles in 24 hours.The factory has its own laboratory.
The company activities include manufacturing and trade with raw oils, refined oils and sunflower expeller (pomace) in various bottled sizes or in bulk.
The company is already enggaed in many international partnerships but it is now looking for distributors in order to increase its market share abroad.The company is already working very well with partners from Europe but also USA as well. The company would like to find new partners worldwide.
