Production is equipped with highly automated CNC machinery for metal works, automated coat painting line and two assembly venues. UVC disinfection solutions are based on UVC tubes of Osram and Philips, and are designed according to their guidance and approval under license agreement. All UVC solutions are initially released on local market for instant feedback along with sending samples to foreign partners. Feedback is instantly implemented in production. This feedback loop allowed the creation and maintenance of top performing products in both air and surface disinfection segments. Mobile disinfection platform may be ordered with various add-ons, which meet the highest market requirements in each local market. The platform is with humanoid height, which significantly boosts its efficiency of disinfection of surfaces, which are most likely to contain COVID-19 and to be touched by multiple people. Air disinfection units are also with significant height. They have air inlet at 10cm height and outlet at 180cm. Thus, the air circulation is forced upside-down, which decreases the risks of transmission of COVID-19 between people even before the air has passed through the disinfection unit. The unit is safe to be used when there are people in the room. The company seeks distributors, as this product requires sales process in local language, as well as it is bulky for shipment - hard for shipment in case not on pallet.
