German engineering office is looking for distribution, manufacturing or license agreement for a skill toy and lifestyle-accessory

The German company was founded in 2020 as a start-up and is a spin-off of an engineering office that was established in 2004. Both companies are active in the creative industry especially in the development, production and marketing of landmarks of European metropolises in combination with own patents. Besides they have also developed products for rehabilitation and relaxing. All products manufactured by the company are based on precision manufacturing, have been developed over several years, and have legal protection. Key product of the start-up is a skill toy and lifestyle accessory in two variants: the 'Europe ring' and an 'endless-run-spinner'. Latter has the potential to replace the legendary fidget spinner (stress-relieving toy), which was sold more than four million times all over the world. The 'Europe ring' will have a big potential market in EU-Organisations: Parliament, Commission, maybe even the Enterprise Europe Network etc. and in the 27 nations in the EU. Caused by gravity force a steel disc moves along a profiled ring with a diameter of a bracelet. The disc can be hold in ‘endless’ movement by skilfully turning the ring and holding it in a vertical position. As small balls interrupt the profiled ring special skill is necessary to continue the ‘endless’ disc movement (the product in action can be seen on the homepage). Basis of the development and the functionality of the skill toy are the specific geometrical form of the ring surface and dimensions and form of the disc. Due to its special design the surface of the disc moreover produces irregular light reflections. The materials used are stainless steel, glass and polymer. The article can be used e.g. as pendant on a band or just be put into the pocket. It is for young persons and adults from 8 years to 90 ‘plus’, for her and him. There are two key models of the toy and one of them could be used as promotion article for e.g. EU institutions as it symbolizes main values of the EU such as movement, creativity, innovation, activity and mobility. The other one can replace the fidget spinner. The German SME is looking for distribution, manufacturing and licensing agreements. To begin with, the partner should start distribution, (one for each of the 27 EU countries). Later manufacturing in these countries is possible, with manufacturing and license agreement. This form of cooperation is chosen because with the start of a central production at the location of the German company a quality guarantee can be ensured. The partners can directly test the results of their own marketing activities in the countries before starting production.
