A Ukrainian company in the alternative energy field offers an opportunity for partnership in the construction and operation of a network of biofuel thermal power plants in Ukraine. The company seeks investors and partners to make a financial agreement or the joint venture agreement.
Description:
The Ukrainian company from the field of alternative energy offers an opportunity for a partner to build together a network of power plants that will work using raw materials from biomass, such as wood chips, agricultural wastes, household wastes, peat, etc. The construction of regional biofuel thermal power plants will make it possible to reduce the cost of energy production and to create new jobs. The company has experience in construction, manufacturing, and commercial activities. Looking to increase the population of growing trees destined for biomass, it initiated the adoption of a law allowing for the rent of protective forest belts by entrepreneurs enabling their replacement with those of the energy-technological wood grade. There are about 1.5 million hectares of protective forest belts in Ukraine. There is also a patent prepared for the method for forming an energy-technological protective belt. Planting of energy-technological wood-grade trees in protective forest belts will provide a large amount of cheap biomass for power plants.
The company is seeking partners to establish the financial or the joint venture agreement leading towards the development of the Energy Service Companies (ESCO) market in Ukraine, as well as promoting the alternative energy business. This will improve the ecology situation as a whole, reduce the cost of generated electricity and heat, increase the number of green spaces.
