Italian company specialized in innovative textile fabrics is looking for commercial agency agreements and distribution service agreements.

Puglia, in south of Italy, where this company is based, is one of the world's leading regions for the production of sofas and living room forniture; in particular in a geographic area called Murgia district. The company, in constant commercial expansion worldwide, is based in Altamura and is run by two brothers who, following the example of their father, experiment and innovate with passion and respect for tradition. The company proposes a wide range of fabrics, colors and weaves offered, essentially, to manufacturers of upholstered forniture but also to small artisans and architectural firms. The object of the company is the wholesale and retail sale of textile fabrics, the installation and/or assembly of fabrics for upholstery, interiors, furnishing, from linen to leather; accessories and furnishing accessories; lamps and led luminaires as well as electrical equipment in general; furniture of all kinds for outdoor and garden use; sofas, armchairs and upholstered furniture; curtains for interiors and exteriors; trimmings, corderie and accessories for upholstery; frames for upholstered furniture. Already with a branch in Korea, it is interested in expanding the business through commercial agency agreements and distribution service agreement. The sought partners are expected to act as international representatives on new foreign markets. Their role would be to promote the products under commercial agency agreements. The company aims also to form partnership under a distribution service agreement with company experienced in the sector of high quality and innovative textile fabrics. The distributors are expected to have the acknowledgement of their local markets.
