A French distributor and recycler of 0% plastic eco-designed packaging is searching for distributors or agents

This French company was originally in the distribution of food or cosmetic products, and has become a designer and producer of primary or secondary packaging to replace virgin plastic. As a producer, distributor and recycler of eco-responsible materials, the company can offer either standard or customized products to comply with the requirement specifications of plastics processors, injectors or extruders : - 100 % mold cellulose with oil & water resistant (0 % plastic). Today the design come from sugar cane fibers. In 2022, the expected capacity production in France will be around 170 million objects. By 2023, it is planned than fibers come from 100% French co-products. Examples of products sold : single-use cups, trays for frozen meals, yoghurt preparations or pots. Industrial tests with major prime contractors are in progress which already represent 80 million pre-sold objects for the production plant's capacity in 2022. - 30 %, 50 % or 100 % post-consumer recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) Today, the company is distributor of market leaders. Examples of products sold : 50 to 500 ml screw-on jars, intended for cosmetics or food industry. Bottles of 60 to 750 ml in neck 20/410 to 28/410 (cosmetic) or custom-made bottles for the food industry are available. All the products offered are in line with the new European law for a sustainable packaging, ecoconception, ISO 26000, cradle to cradle. In order to get more flexibility, to save time and to increase its customers portfolio and at the same time its turnover, the company needs to establish new partnerships. Distribution service agreements or commercial agency agreements could be considered depending on the profile of the interested company. The partner must have a solid network in the cosmetic and / or food industries, or in plastic transformers, injectors or extruders in relation to these industries which need eco-responsible packaging. Exclusivity / non-exclusivity basis will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, as well as the commission regarding a commercial agent contract.
