The founding members of this Italian wine producers' cooperative are united by the same passion for nature, territory and culture, and propose to produce doc and igt wines of different positioning, also in relation to the altitudes of the cultivations, with a base made of Troia grapes in full respect of the territory, in a modern process of cultural, historical and artistic enhancement, promoting a production - as well as a consumption - careful and sustainable.
The vineyards extend across the Monti Dauni plateau in the territory of the municipality of Troia in the province of Foggia.
All wines respect quality label defined under Italian wine law, that certifies the origin and high-quality wines.
Core wine for the company is "Nero di Troia". The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October, strictly by hand, and are immediately processed and vinified in the fermentino, where alcoholic fermentation takes place for 12/15 days at a constant temperature; the resulting wine is racked into steel, where it will undergo fermentation and after 4 months will go into new wooden containers for refinement for 12 months.
