Distributor, would represent the company in business contacts during meetings, trade shows, daily meetings with clients and negotiate optimal remuneration for services, acquire new clients and create a positive image of the brand in foreign markets. Also he will have the right to sell the product within a particular geographic region or within multiple regions. The distributor would sell the product to its own customers on an exclusive or nonexclusive basis. The partner appointed as a commercial agent should be in charge of the geographical areas, or territory, duties of the principal and agent, achieving minimum sales targets.
