They currently order in batches of around 10,000 units but need partners that can operate flexibly to deal with a current upturn in order levels forecasted over the next 18 months as they have a significant amount of latent demand for products.
They offer a high level of customer service which builds long-lasting relationships with their customers. Since 2017 they have enjoyed consistent growth developing from an Amazon platform to showcasing the products properly across the whole web and not just via Amazon. This development gave the company a new emphasis, which encouraged them to re-brand the entire business to focus exclusively on their inhouse range of cookware. All of the company’s products are stylish and functional and designed in the UK after 3 years of product development.
