Summary:
Successfully integrating business agility with the predictability of process-oriented software development, the company is offering to license its asset condition monitoring platform to make industrial plants operation and maintenance safer and more predictable by providing a new dimension of information. Besides licensing to end users, financing agreements with investors and commercial agreements with technical assistance with resellers and integrators are desirable.
Description:
Successfully integrating business agility with the predictability of process-oriented software development, the Romanian company operates since 2018 in spaces like digitalizing enterprises, healthtech and developing IIoT platforms to support the industry 4.0 revolution. They are specialized in Java, web technologies, mobile and hybrid development, conversational AI and LPWAN technologies, developing customized software solutions that provide a new dimension of information to enable business agility.
The company developed the asset condition monitoring platform, a white label IIOT solution for integrated dynamic analysis of data from monitoring units, post processing, visualization and intervention modelling. Sensor parameters are reliably transmitted, analysed and monitored to create a new dimension of information about the operation-critical infrastructure. Existing interfaces and proven data models enable inventory sensors and other IIoT sensors to be integrated at any time. Data transfer to other platforms and systems is also possible. The company is offering to license the use of the asset condition monitoring platform features for potential partners.
Furthermore, the company developed 2 innovative, non-destructive monitoring units that are retrofittable and can be easily provisioned in the platform. The patented and upgradable fibre-reinforced plastic monitoring unit provides accurate and validated data on the condition of your fibre-reinforced plastic equipment. Thus, a variety of damages such as matrix or fibre cracks and other structural deviations are detected and evaluated early and reliably. The patented and retrofittable wall thickness monitoring unit provides exact and validated data about the wall thickness of the plants and equipment. Both erosions (corrosion/abrasion) as well as deposits are reliably detected. The monitoring units can be permanently installed on new and already existing structures. The data transmission via LoRaWAN® ensures the functionality even in difficult conditions and generates regular, exact and validated measuring values. The company is looking for commercial partners for its patented monitoring units.
Additionally, the company is looking for investors in further development of the platform capabilities and 3rd party sensors and platforms integrations.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought:
The company is looking for:
Partners to licence the usage of the asset condition monitoring platform in specific industrial vertical markets, like chemical plants. By acquiring the licence, the partner can create its own monitoring network and prediction and intervention model.
Partners to commercialize the patented monitoring units. The partner can act as a reseller, introducing the monitoring units in new markets and integrating them with new platforms using the company technical assistance.
Partners to financially invest in further development of the platform features and integration capabilities.
