The Russian company from Nizhny Novgorod was founded in 2016. At the moment, experienced scientists and specialists of the company are engaged in the development of innovative products from the chitosan complex. The company develops products based on chitosan technologies that can be applied in various industries: nuclear, textile, food, perfume and cosmetics, pulp and paper industries, agriculture, medicine and biotechnology.
The Russian company offers a complex synergistic probiotic additive based on chitosan. The company's specialists managed to create a stable 15 % solution of chitosan with different molecular weights (from monomers and oligomers (oligosaccharides) of chitosan to chitosan with a molecular weight of up to 240 kDa) in three food acids - ascorbic, succinic, and lactic. Prebiotics in the composition of this complex-on the one hand, act as a nutrient medium for lacto-and bifidobacteria, on the other hand, due to their bacteriostatic properties, inhibits the growth of putrefactive microflora, promotes more active settlement of beneficial microflora in the gastrointestinal tract. The use of this complex in the production of fermented milk products (kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, yogurts, etc.) is more technologically advanced than the powder of oligosaccharides. Since the complex, this product is delivered in a ready-to-use form, it is completely safe, unlike oligosaccharide powders, which are very volatile and can cause allergies. The complex is used for the production of fermented milk products enriched with prebiotic properties (kefir, yogurt, varenets, matzoni, curdled milk, sour cream, etc.) with extended sales periods while keeping the fermented milk bacteria alive. The complex additive is added by stirring to the finished fermented milk product before bottling. Ratio: 3 kg per 1 ton of product.
The introduction of the complex in dairy and bioproducts increases the shelf life by 2-2. 5 times, while the product remains alive and acquires functional and therapeutic properties. These properties include increased immunity, normalization of blood pressure, joint restoration, normalization of the gastrointestinal tract, prevention of atherosclerosis (lowering cholesterol), increased absorption (synergy) of vitamins and trace elements. The finished complex is delivered in liquid form in special plastic containers of various volumes. The products are manufactured in accordance with all norms and quality standards. These products are actively used both in Russia and abroad in Kazakhstan.
The Russian company is interested in finding foreign partners from the food industry to conclude long-term distribution services agreements.
