Montenegrin company specialized in 3D printing searches for a partner to work together using the innovative technologies

Montenegrin Company was founded in August 2020 in order to accelerate the implementation of the new technologies and solutions into the production process of the companies which are oriented to the wood and metal processing. The company is equipped with modern machinery including industrial FDM 3D printer, BMD Mark forged metal printer and machines for wash and sintering, 2 CNC machine (lathe and mill) and Artec 3D scanner. This equipment allows realisation of every production stage process from initial design to final product manufacturing by implementing the technologies, which are best suited to the customer demands. The company is engaged in the following activities: • 3D metal printing (17-4 PH stainless steel, copper, Inconel 625, A2, D2 and H13 tool steels) • FDM 3D printing (PLA, ABS, PET G, TPU, TPC, CARBON…) • 3D scanning • 3D modelling • CNC lathe • CNC mill The main aspect of activities is the production (commercial or subsidized) of functional prototypes and new and spare parts in small production series. That process includes 3D modelling and 3D scanning of desired parts and their production with technologies of FDM 3D printing, BMD metal printing and CNC machines. At the end of the process costumer obtain finished functional prototype and final products. Until now, by employing FDM 3D print technology the company made functional prototypes, for the purposes of testing and implementing new and more efficient technologies into the agriculture sector. Also, it continuously works on commercial and projects of support for small businesses and start-up companies. The company is in the process of obtaining ISO certificates, including ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001. In order to develop the business, the company wants to cooperate with companies that can encourage the use of existing modern equipment and knowledge in the form of Research cooperation agreement.
