Polish company offers its certified, precise 3D cutting services to companies from metal, construction, automotive, design sectors under manufacturing, outsourcing or subcontracting agreement

The company was established in 2002 in South-Eastern Poland as the SME. Since the beginning it’s been specializing in material processing: mainly cutting but services like welding, sandblasting and powder coating are at the company’s scope of competence, too. The company’s services capability includes: - cutting: waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting - welding - sandblasting - powder coating Cutting Waterjet cutting is a technology of cutting or cleaning various materials with the use of high-pressure water. This method uses a special abrasive which, in combination with high-pressure water, enables cutting many types of materials. The waterjet cutting method does not generate heat, which is a very important factor when cutting materials such as copper, composites, plastic. The company offers waterjet cutting in 3D technology with a water stream of materials up to 300 mm thick on a stainless steel work table with dimensions: 4500 × 2500 mm. Thanks to the Water Jet 3D technology, the firm can process all materials, including plastics without the risk of damaging the material structure. The 3D machines installed in the company can cut the following materials: • black steel (profiles and sheets), • stainless steel (profiles and sheets), • non-ferrous metals (profiles and sheets), • stone slabs (granite, marble, sandstone and others), • plastics, • glass (glass plates), • fireproof glass (fireproof- glass plates), • rubber. 3D plasma cutting service offered by the Company enables cutting materials of greater thickness. The material processed by machines are: • aluminium, • various types of stainless steel, • mild steel. Laser cutting is mainly used to effectively cut various types of black steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Welding The company offers welding of ordinary and noble steel structures, for example: • black and stainless steel, • aluminium, • cast iron, • welding of reinforcements, • welding of pipes and pipelines. Other services Besides the already mentioned services, the company offers to sandblast services of cleaning any surface and powder coating services for preparation of such surfaces as: • steel, • aluminium, • galvanized and others. The company’s portfolio includes producing various types of steel structures: residential houses, summer houses, modern office containers, waste containers, swimming pools made of stainless steel both for private and public investors. The company’s highly skilled personnel can conduct the whole project: starting from a drawing, programming, and manufacturing prototypes for customer approval using state of the art 3D modelling, finishing at completing the investment. They can also fit free issue components and can reduce customers' time and labour costs by the part assembly of units before delivery. SME's status allows the companies for great flexibility, which extends to order volumes, handmade tooling, and special requirements. The level of the company’s services has been standardized with the following certificates: PN-EN 1090-1 + A1: 2012 – Production of steel and aluminium structures PN-EN 15085-2: 2007 – Welding of rail vehicles and their components PN-EN ISO 3834-2: 2007 and EN ISO 3834- 2: 2005 – Quality requirements for welding metal materials. Additionally, the company obtains the necessary permits, thus meeting the EU requirements that qualify its plant to: – manufacture steel bridge structures,-renovate and assemble steel bridge structures (i.e. viaducts, footbridges, steel bridges). The company is looking for manufacturing, outsourcing, or subcontracting agreements on the selected markets, such as: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. The cooperation types were selected as first and best forms of company's internationalisation and with the desire of long-term partnership. The terms of cooperation will be negotiated individually.
