A Swedish textile design startup looking for distributors, sustainable fashion brands and event organizers

The Swedish textile company was established in 2019 by three plant biologist with a love for microscopy and textile. With their patterns the three female scientists stimulate fascination for nature and they educate about botany in an artistic way. From wood of trees down to small herbs, the company's textiles will give you a new perspective on plants from maple trees to dandelions. The design process of the pattern requires finding plant material, preparing it in the laboratory, observing it under the microscope and getting creative with the microscopy images to create repeat patterns in a wealth of colours and shapes. The Swedish company offers digitally printed textiles on OEKO-Tex certified linen in Lithuania. The fabric is offered by the meter in various weights of linen which can be softened by stone-washing upon client request. Furthermore, they offer 100% linen home and kitchen textiles such as pillow covers, aprons, kitchen towels and their own, unique design of convertible tote-bags with removable handles that can be easily transformed into a cushion cover, suitable for events and conferences. All products come with an explanation of the origin of the pattern, such as the plant and the part of the plant the pattern was made from and the function for the plant of the cells that make up the pattern. The company is looking for new partners for distribution, sustainable fashion brands and event organizers under a distribution services agreement or license agreement.
