This Belgian-owned family business was founded in 2001 and focuses on the distribution of specialty medical equipment and devices. More specifically it concerns buying and selling of medical devices like catheters, valves, endoprosthesis, etc..
The current management has recently started a new medical waste recycling business, which is time consuming and causes a lack of available time to invest in the medical device distribution company, which as a consequence is now for sale.
An acquisition partnership is therefore on offer to an investor who wants to become the new owner. A management buy-in is also considered.
The current management will stay involved until the new owner feels comfortable in its new role, so the take-over will be done gradually according to mutual agreement.
At the moment the head count consists of 1 full time and 1 part-time employee.
