This Polish company located in the centre of the country specializes in products based on organic grown honeyberry. The offer includes: IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) haskap berry, juice and powder. Haskap/honeysuckle is a bush originating from Northern Hemisphere. It naturally occurs in Siberia, Kamchatka, Kuril Islands and Hokkaido. Haskap berries are very rich in bioactive compounds: polyphenols, vitamin C, provitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B9 P) and minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium). They also contain iridoids rarely present in fruits.
Thanks to cooperation with food faculties of Polish universities the best cultivars and way of growing, harvesting, storing and processing were chosen. Prohealthy compounds level is examined to preserve the most valuable features in fruits.
