The company produces galvanized steel profiles C, U, Z, L, Omega, as well as other cross-sections by cold forming on roller rolling machines. Рrofiles are produced from galvanized rolled steel grade C275 and above, with a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 mm thick in a volume of 1500 tons per month. They can be produced up to 12 m long, have a height of up to 300 mm, as well as, at per request of the customer, holes for bolted joints. Special equipment allows to make non-standard profiles and various selective elements for roofs and frame and facade systems.
Cold-rolled galvanized profiles are used as the main load-bearing structures for the construction of production and storage facilities, attics, individual cottages, and other light steel frame buildings. They are also used as elements of frame systems - beams, rafter systems, crossbars, roof and wall girders, lattice, etc. Also, they have can be used in renewable energy as elements of supporting structures for onshore and rooftop solar power plants.
Due to extensive experience and constant development, the
