Description:
The Romanian company is one of the foremost companies in the production of acrylic bath tubs, shower booths, swimming pools and fiberglass armed polyester products in Romania.
Main types of products are:
A. Acrylic bathtubs:
a1. Over 60 types of white or colorful bathtubs (simple, corner semi-corner, unequal, freestanding or custom-made) plus 9 different hydro-massage systems and a wide range of additional features
a2. Shower trays and shower cabins of all types (square, round, profile free) with secured glass and limestone free, ensuring also custom-made shape at the client’s request
B. Pools & mini pools from armed fiberglass polyester resins:
b1. Monobloc pools, burried or freestanding with the length ranging between 6 and 11 meters, 4 m wide and maximum 1,7 m deep.
b2. Mini pools of different shapes with length up to 3 m and depth up to 0.9 m, endowed with heating devices and disinfection, hydro and aero-massage professional systems and chromotherapy.
C. Other fiberglass reinforced polyester products, such as:
c1. For construction sites: corrugated or flat fiberglass boards nd other types of roof tiles for large series; décor panels, ornamental replacements for natural stone or brick walls
c2. Industrial use: reservoirs and septic tanks up to 100 qbm, monobloc treatment plants for waste water or other industrial pieces
c3. Automotive division: thermoforming of car body parts and vacuum injection parts for producing monobloc car cabins, interior and exterior of motor vehicles
c4. Leisure use: Outdoor tables for leisure or street trade and stadium chairs, boats for leisure and fishing, installation and tanks for artesian fountains
c5. Various outdoor use: ecological recycling containers and collection bins, Mailboxes, basketball panels, slides for playgrounds,
c6. Indoor use: sanitary handrail or wall protection railing for hospitals
The equipment used in the production flow is last generation and includes two thermoforming lines, simultaneous projection units, cutting units, mostly driven by robotic and automation lines, CNC machine tools and other specific endowments.
The company has own car fleet for distribution of the products to customers and for additional maintenance services if needed.

Patented invention of corrugated and flat fiberglass boards by State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM). The novelty element brought by this technology is the fact that the plate is manufactured in a composite system between two foils from a special film that is embedded in the plate. Between the two foils is the polyester resin film and the fiberglass reinforcement and they all polymerize together. In this way, a plate is obtained that has on both sides the film made of polyethylene terephthalate or polyvinyl fluoride, a film that gives it a high resistance to abrasion, to mechanical shocks, elasticity and which protects the structure from resin and fiber to the destructive action of UV radiation or to the environmental factors such as frost, thaw or high temperatures.
