Description:
The Belgian manufacturer of protective lining is established in West Flanders since 1987 and specialised in the production and application of protection systems for concrete and steel structures, with the purpose of protecting them from corrosion and the action of wastewater and chemical products to which these structures are not resistant.
Its protection system is currently applied in the waste water, biogas (fermentation plants/renewable energy), chemical and petrochemical, and water purification industries.
This unique synthetic fibre reinforced protection system is based on a solvent free epoxy resin to prevent corrosion of the construction in contact with gases (organic fermentation), waste waters and chemical products. The product can be applied on dry and wet concrete surfaces. The absence of solvents ensures that the product is non-shrinkable and ensures a long-lasting adhesion to the substrate. The presence of synthetic fibres gives the product crack bridging properties (it is a composite). The result is a high chemical performance protection with high mechanical and physical properties, also on long term. A permanent increased resistance to plastic deformation, a permanent increased modulus of elasticity, etc. make this product durable.
The Belgian SME is looking for international partners active within its core business because this results in a faster project acquisition and reduces prospection costs. Interested companies are expected to buy its products and to apply them for their own customers themselves, or with the help of the Belgian company’s employees.
The commercial agent or distributor will take the full responsibility for the project and needs to have the required technical knowledge. The Belgian company will guarantee the product quality covered by its product certifications (KIWA BRL-K19006) and can also provide a technical training if necessary.
As subcontractor the company can carry out the project entirely by itself. In this case, it will take full responsibility for the project, this means the product quality as well as the application.
Potential partners are preferably located in Northern or Central Europe.

The Belgian SME is looking for companies, working under exclusive agreement, who will buy/promote/apply its protective system within its core business: the aerobic biogas industry, the water purification industry (for private and municipal companies) and the chemical and petrochemical industry.
Different cooperation types are envisaged with:
- dealers as an agent or distributor (buy and resell to the professional market),
- application companies that apply coatings (buy and apply the product for customers)
- construction companies with own qualified people to do the job (buy the product and finish the job).
Further the Flemish company can also act as a subcontractor for the international partner and carry out the project entirely by itself. In this case, it will take full responsibility for the project (quality and application).
