The Ukrainian company specializes in manufacturing of polypropylene big bags (flexible intermediate bulk containers) since 2006. The company manufactures high-quality big bags (flexible intermediate bulk containers) with one, two or four loops. Standard and designed big bags mostly are used for packing, transporting and storage of the various fertilizers, chemicals, wood and plastic pellets, compound feed, seeds, construction materials (cement, mortar, rocks, sand, rubble) and other bulk products (hazardous or no), food products (grain, flour, sugar, starch, milk powder, various vegetables), second-hand clothing.
Big bags are made of virgin polypropylene and can be easily recycled. For better usage, various combination of filling and discharge spouts (valves) or skirts can be offered. The company also offers big bags with an internal (inner) liner made of virgin polyethylene for packaging of hygroscopic products or in order to meet hygiene requirements. For powdered products, sewing seams are sealed with dust-proof cord.
The capacity of big bags can be from 500 kg to 2500 kg. The big bags are pressed into bales and can be loaded on euro pallets (125-500 pcs. on one).
All produced polypropylene big bags can be marked with clients' company logos which can be printed depending on the structure of big bags on several sides of the big bag.
All products are certified. The activity of the company has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
The company is planning to expand its sales abroad and therefore is looking for trade intermediaries under the distribution services agreement. The company is also offering big bags subcontracting services for other big bags (flexible intermediate bulk containers) manufacturers or sellers.
