Polish company specialising in lean management is looking for partners in Spain on a subcontracting basis

The Polish company, which has been active on the market since 2013 and is based in the southern part of the country, plans to expand by offering its services on the Spanish market. The firm is ready to share its knowledge and experience hoping for positive bilateral cooperation. The offer contains activities in the following areas: • Organizational analysis: includes definitions of the processes taking place in the area of production and logistics, together with an indication of the possible savings factors and the ways how to achieve them. • Production workshops: physical process reorganization change, improvement in material and information flows leading to the time and place occupation savings, stock level reduction, lead time improvement. These activities include training for the execution staff. • Production workplace designing: is used for the definition of ergonomic space usage in the slot with the optimization of materials/components flows and staff effort reduction. These actions are designed for new lines also widely used to adapt to existing ones. • Lean manufacturing culture building: training for production workers giving detailed information about how to build and maintain Lean Manufacturing culture and Continuous Improvement philosophy (Kaizen) • Lean Manufacturing trainings: Lean Basic – basic training Process optimisation - VSM (Value Stream Mapping) methodology 5S – Workplace and area organization Lean flow – logistics optimisation Planning and scheduling - production Production workshops: Lean tools implementation Project management and planning, Project management and reporting The company is looking for future cooperation with partners from Spain, mainly from the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
