A Polish company specialized in manufacturing of boilers fired with solid fuels seeks partners for distribution services agreement

South East Poland company has started the business in 1973. The company is the biggest manufacturer of boilers fired with solid fuels in Poland and one of the biggest in Europe. The company has modern production plant with a total area of more than 30.000 m2. The company employs approx. 630 people and cooperates directly with more than thousand distributors and two thousands of fitters. The firm owns a modern and computerized equipment resources, onstantly developed and upgraded production line consists of several technological units: •the line for automated cutting of metal sheets using nine lasers with the automatic loading-unloading system and gas-plasma cutters; •welding centre with 3rd generation adaptive robots; •painting line with shot blasting chamber, preparatory area and powder and spraying paint shop; •machining centre with CNC lathes and conventional milling machines and drills; •CNC plastic forming centre with machining cells equipped with numerically controlled press brakes, bending machines and punching machines; •line with integrated bending centre allowing full automation of material machining process, starting from the feeding of the given metal sheet /blank/ until obtaining final shape. The company manufactures approximately 40 thousand boilers annually, what means that approximately 200 devices are leaving the production plant per day. The firm created a warehouse of production steel of total area 1800 m2 to ensure continuity and intensity of production, at the daily demand for steel at the level of approx. 80 tonnes. Every 5th boiler fired with solid fuels in Poland comes from this factory. The company is looking for distribution services agreement.
