An Albanian company specialized in the production and recycling of flexible plastic packaging is looking for partner under manufacturing services.

The company was established in 2008. The Albanian company produces and recycles flexible plastic packaging made of Polyethylene (PE). The main products they offer are: 1. Flexible Plastic Packaging, 2. Garbage Bags , 3. Drawstring Bags on roll, 4. Heavy duty Bags, 5. Green House film, 6. Industrial Packaging, 7. Shopper bags etc. The process of converting the raw material into packaging follows a process where recycled granulate or original granulate purchased from imports and in a few cases from domestic suppliers are turned into film, from which the bags or packaging are then produced. Granule film return is a process that is controlled by the machines, based on the orders specified by the customers or the current market demand. Once the material base is ready, it is deposited in the mixer in certain quantities, and after the mixing process, it is ready to pass to the production process. This material is wrapped in large coils to pass to further production processes. Specifically, the production at this stage is divided into the following groups: 1. Production in process for waste bag export product: In this case the film is produced totally with recycled material, where it consists partly of granules produced by recycling in the company and partly of the recycled material Granules from import. In case the quality of the material again does not, reach the right level, then in this production is used a small percentage of the original material, which improves the elasticity and resistance. 2.Production in process for product within the country for the mass market, recycled material: In this case, the film is produced entirely from recycled granules produced in the company from waste collected within the country. 3.In-process production for custom products from specific customers: In this case the base of the material produced is mainly with the original granules, but a small percentage of the selected recycled material coming from factories, supermarkets or industries can be mixed. Since 2008 they begun its export in Greece, Kosovo, Turkey, France, Montenegro. The company is looking for partners under manufacturing agreement in Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Norway, Sweden.
