Armenian producer of food oils seeks distribution services agreements and/or commercial agency agreements

This Armenian company, which was established in 2009 near the Lori region, is specialized in production of food oils for cuisine and individual use. The main products are virgin oils extracted from seeds of flax, sesame, sunflower and hemp, as well as from apricot, peach and grape stones. These oils are produced by extra virgin cold pressing Italian technology, retaining all nutrients of the oils. The company has its own 23-hectare flax fields and the rest of raw materials are supplied by the local farmers. Only high-quality raw materials are used for the production of oils. Ready products are packaged in glass bottles (25, 50, and 100ml). The oils are bottled in glass bottles and are packaged in boxes, which are not allowing the penetration of light and thanks to which the medicinal properties of oils are being kept. The company is selling its products mainly in the local market. In particular, the company is working with local pharmacies, specialized chain stores, supermarkets, and sanatoriums. Oils are exported also to Russia and the USA. The Armenian company intends to expand its production volumes and to enlarge markets. Conditioned by the growing of the production capacity and demand for natural oils, the company is looking for partners to cooperate under distribution services agreement and/or commercial agency agreement.
