The company’s product range include:
- Cold mix asphalt - the cold mix asphalt is manufactured in Bulgaria based on its own technology and additives; can be stored for a long time when packed.
- Additives and equipment for the asphalt industry – additives for manufacturing cold mix asphalt, additives for manufacturing warm mix asphalt, anti – stripping agents, joint and crack sealing materials, pigments for colouring hot and cold mix asphalt, synthetic transparent binder, packaging machines for bagging cold mix asphalt;
- Iron silicate fines – this is a material that can be applied as ready to use source of iron in the process of manufacturing of cement clinker, the manufacturing of concrete, and in road construction. It is derived as a final side product from copper slag. The size is very small, 80% of it is less than 70 micron, and it comes with a moisture content of 11%. The main application is in the production of cement clinker.
- The reinforced plastic bags - intended for packaging of cold mix asphalt and have the following specs:
• Single polyethylene layer thickness - 152μm ;
• Polyethylene film structure: co-extrusion with diagonally oriented fibers forming film reinforcement for increased strength;
• Laminated inner layer - black colour, outer layer - white colour;
• Anti scratch surface;
• Print on both sides of the bag;
• Reinforced carrying handle;
• 16.25" x 26" x 3" handle;
• Variety of sizes and capacities - 22.7kg, 25kg, 30kg;
• Customisation according to customer's request.
- The packaging equipment for cold mix asphalt has a very reliable and user friendly construction. The capacity is usually 6 to 9 tons per hour depending on customer’s request, and can be increased or decreased upon demand.
