Bulgarian producer of various essential oils seeks distribution service agreements for its products

The Bulgarian company was established in 2016 in north-east part of Bulgaria and is active in the agriculture sector. Currently this company manages more than 30 companies in agricultural, production, logistic and trading businesses. One of the divisions is involved in growing of essential oils plants, distilling and trading with essential oils. With more than 300 hectares of personal lavender production and 250 hectares of lavender production signed contracts with different agricultural farmers the company is one of the reliable suppliers of lavender oil in the region. The Bulgarian lavender oil possesses more than 150 active components, including copious amounts of ester. In addition to the lavender oil the company also produces other essential oils such as: - German chamomile oil – it has fantastic anti-inflammatory benefits and can be used as a medicinal ingredient for travel sickness, hay fever, stomach cramps, colic and menstrual cramps. - Roman chamomile oil – it helps calm inflamed skin and eases arthritis, headaches, sprains and muscle aches. - White yarrow oil - also called “nature’s wound-healing oil” due to its absolutely magical, and yet very versatile, soothing and curative properties (antirheumatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, hemostatic, etc.). - Melissa officinalis oil - it is traditionally utilized for various medical purposes, including carminative, tonic, antispasmodic, and sedative, it is also used to relief stress-induced headaches and strengthen the memory. - Hyssop oil – it is used for digestive and intestinal problems including liver and gallbladder conditions, intestinal pain, intestinal gas, colic, and loss of appetite. - Coriander oil – it is dealing with inflammatory skin conditions. - Helichrysum – it has anti-hematoma, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and soothing effect, revitalizes and restores tired and mature skin. - Salvia oil - it is used in traditional medicine as antiseptic, anti-scabies, anti-syphilitic, and anti-inflammatory medicine, being frequently used also against skin diseases. The company has 2 own distilleries with total capacity is 167 m3 and laboratory, where the team of professionals monitors each stage of the essential oils production. The working process is conducted in accordance with strict world standards, protecting and preserving the environment and is guided by the principle that the production must be environmentally friendly. For this reason, the company uses only certified renewable energy sources in the process of steam distillation. The company also operates with 1 ha of greenhouses working with state-of-the-art machines for soil block seedlings. To expand and optimize the production process the company is planning in the nearest future to develop a project for a new greenhouse for bio-production. The company is ISO 9001:2015, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) certified. The Bulgarian company is looking for partnership based on distribution service agreements with companies ready to supply cosmetics, perfumery, pharmaceutical and food industry with essential oils. Target groups for their products are pharmacies, beauty shops, distributors of cosmetics products, and other consumers of this type of products. The expected result of the cooperation would be increasing the sales and turnover on the international market. Partners from whole EU are welcomed.
