Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the company has expanded its product portfolio to include production plants for respiratory masks. The company developed fully automated production machines for FFP2/N95 and surgical masks in compliance with hygiene guidelines stand for quality and safety. All process steps are available, from feeding the filter material, folding, welding, shaping and cutting the masks to all work steps that are important for the production of a mouth and nose protection. A packaging module and a modular cleanroom enclosure can be integrated as an option.
The production line for the manufacture of medical-surgical masks includes feeding the filter material, folding and pressing, feeding the nasal bridge clips, shaping and cutting the masks and welding the ear bands. This production line is particularly suitable for the manufacture of three-layer disposable masks and offers a throughput of up to 100,000 pieces/day. One-man operation is possible due to integrated intelligent operating system.
The automated FFP2/N95 mask production line integrates mask forming, edge pressing, cutting, ear band welding, nose clip loading and printing. Automated ultrasonic equipment is used for mask forming and manufacturing.
These two production lines are offered to companies, distributors and agents as part of manufacturing agreements, distribution services agreements or commercial agency agreements.
