The SME is specialized in batch and small volume production of metal constructions in mechanical engineering, railroad manufacturing, road building, shipbuilding and construction industry. All operations are based on ISO standards: 9001,14001, 3834-2.
Description:
The company is located 20 km from capital Zagreb (Croatia) has 3800 m2 of production area and it is specialized in batch and small volume production of metal constructions for clients from different industries; mechanical engineering, railroad manufacturing, road building, shipbuilding and construction industry.
All work is going on online order processing. Engineers in the office prepare drawings and 3D models for manufacturing using CAD programs.
Technological processes in production:
• Laser cutting (maximum cutting thickness: steel – up to 20 mm, stainless steel – up to 15 mm, aluminum – up to 12 mm, maximum dimensions of sheet operation area: 3000x1500 mm)
• Bending (maximum bending thickness: steel – up to 8 mm, stainless steel – up to 6 mm, aluminum – up to 10 mm, metal sheet maximum length: 3600 mm)
• Gas metal arc welding / Shielded metal arc welding / Gas tungsten arc welding process (certified welders and visual controllers, 20 workspaces for welders, ability to work in 3 shifts)
• Basic machining (presswork, blanking, routing, lathe-work, blanching)
• Powder coating (all-in-one workshop for powder coating which guarantees excellence and quality of the product)
• Cargo handling (internal transport and a large area for trucks loading and unloading, forklifts with a carrying capacity of 1.5 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons).
The company is currently in a new stage of development, focused on work, innovation, development and new market requirements. The company is looking for new clients who need professional metalworking services (higher-guided services) under a manufacturing agreement.
