A Croatian IT company offers its total business management platform under a research cooperation, license and financial agreements

The Croatian company was founded in 2009 as a web solutions development company, with a team of several innovative, creative and engaged enthusiasts who place the customer at the very heart of all business activities. The company provides a broad range of services, from technology consulting, custom software engineering, testing and quality assurance to system integration. Primary customers are companies engaged in manufacturing, technology, retail, food safety, medicine and pharmacy, real estate, media, tourism architecture, sports and education. The clients are based both in Croatia and worldwide (EU, Switzerland and the USA). Most of them are small and medium-sized companies, but there are also public institutions and agencies such as the Croatian Chamber of Economy. In 2018, the company participated in Dubai Chamber Business Matching Services organised by the Croatian Chamber of Economy. This year, the company applied for participation in the EUROSTARS programme, a joint programme of EUREKA and the European Commission. The company developed a total business management platform that serves as the basis for fast development and coverage of all business processes of its clients. The platform is cloud-based and can be used to manage multiple business processes, such as sales, procurement, warehouse, document management and online stores. It enables companies to efficiently manage day-to-day business operations, as well as strategic planning through complex workflows and powerful analytics. The platform consists of several modules, which can be used together or separately. Companies can use the platform to create websites, run online stores, manage projects and leads or educate their employees. Modules: • CMS (content management system) – custom design or theme, page builder, admin interface, data protection • E-commerce – multiple online stores, payment methods, delivery methods, discounts and promotions, store configuration • Project management – multiple projects, participants, tasks, discussions, time and expenses logs, collaboration • E-learning – unlimited courses, virtual classrooms, students and educators, discussions • CRM (customer relationship management) – companies and contacts, lead management, offers, invoices and documents To further develop and enhance the business management platform, the company is looking for partners who have the resources to help with the product development and are willing to work on joint research under a research cooperation agreement. For the same reason, the company would also like to cooperate with partners who can invest into the product development under a financial agreement or those who would like to buy a license and obtain the right to use the product for a fee or share of royalties.
