Description:
The Czech company was established in 2010 and currently employs about 70 people, most of them work in the development department. From its beginning, it has focused on the creation of technology application for Industry 4.0. This application contains user´s workflow, so it can interactively lead the user step-by-step through various processes in the company. The software application also captures data, analyses potential risks and connects the management and maintenance teams together. It supports all users with real-time synchronization of data.
From the practical point of view: the technology complexly integrates the software application with heads-up displays, various headsets or cameras (so it does not require use of hands) that are brought to a portable wireless computer/smartphone or similar device that communicates with a central unit. The system uses speech recognition and interactive menus on the display to facilitate outputs in the forms of the protocol or similar documentation. The structure is designed to work both on Windows- and Android-based end devices.
The company understands the modern and efficient maintenance processes & workflow and is experienced in GEO Asset Management, IoT (Internet of Things), Cloud, SaaS (Software as a Service), mobile applications. The software technology fully meets the trend Industry 4.0., eliminates human errors and saves time, resource and space (there is no need of paper documentation).
The application has its basic version which is upgraded and adjusted according to the type of final users; needed documentation and guides are uploaded, as well as various language options. The app works on commonly available devices. Full implementation depends on many factors (e.g. type of company, internal company processes etc.).
The application is to be used in various fields like emergency situations in aircraft and automotive fleet maintenance and medical equipment maintenance, daily operations in logistics and warehouse management and generally in automated processes and factories of the future.

As this product is highly individual and personal approach is needed, the envisage cooperation would be preferably based on commercial agency agreement, ideally a consultancy agency. The Czech company provides full training and further assistance to its agents.

The potential partner should be a consultancy company – preferably small and flexible – which understands and works in innovation technologies, Industry 4.0, automated factories, Building 4.0. The partner should have contacts with maintenance technician teams which provide services to companies in various industrial sectors, as well with managers from automotive, transport, construction, engineering sectors that need to make more effective firm´s processes. Every solution is original, tailor-made and can be developed in any language, however, the local partner might be asked to manage the translation of the application.
