Dispensing and degassing solution for containers for the packaging of liquids - looking for distribution and manufacturing agreements

A German company, founded in 1958, specialized in the development, production and sales of dispensing and degassing solutions for liquid container is looking for partners for distribution and manufacturing agreements. The company offers dispensing taps and screw caps for containers of liquid of various sizes, due to different standard threat sizes. The membranes are hydrophobic as well as oleophobic, and as a result, even liquids with a low surface tension do not moisten them. The degassing inserts contain high-performance membranes which were validated for specific product solutions, offer a patented drip-off edge and due to the design the membrane remains fully breathable at all times. The products are in accordance with the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) requirements and with the Mercosur regulations. The SME is looking for manufacturing agreements with partners as manufacturers of liquid food, hygiene and care products, cleaners, agrochemicals, engine and gear oils or industrial chemicals who are looking for reliable supplier of the above-mentioned products. Additionally the SME is looking for partner active in the distribution of packaging material who are interested to distribute the products.
