Currently, the company is working on expanding their portfolio and is investing in more sustainable alternatives such as mono-material packaging and the use of alternative materials such as paper. Since paper is created from a renewable source and in case it is designed for recycling/repulping the environmental impact, paper especially at the end-of- life outruns plastic and is a future oriented solution. Hence, the SME is looking for innovators with a sustainable interested in creating a recyclable/re-pulpable paper-packaging with a window for dry-foods. The offered packaging solution must comply with required food standard, FSSC 22000, that provides a certification scheme that incorporates an in-depth hazard analysis in a robust food safety management system to control the food safety hazards, minimize risks, and assure the production of safe packaging and packaging materials. The company has the intention to conclude a manufacturing agreement, but forms of cooperation and agreement can be discussed.
