The cooperative of cheese farmers is based in Gouda (the Netherlands), the famous cheese city.
The company, set up in 1915, uses classic Dutch cheese recipes for natural cheese in combination with new exiting combinations of herbs and other natural additions. In its own lab, it is developing new cheese recipes like for example tartuffo goat cheese and nut cheese with walnut/hazelnut. It is also creating cheeses specialties upon request. Their cheeses mature from young (5 weeks) until very old (24 months).
Whole cheese wheels can be supplied in 1kg, 5kg and 12kg (export formats) with and without herbs. Wedges for retail are in for example 150ge, 200ge or 250ge vacuum packaging and can be supplied in batches of 500kg per cheese type.
The cooperative has an own ultra-modern warehouse where cheese is ripened, labeled, packaged and controlled on quality and hygienic aspects against the highest IFS/ BRC (retail) food regulations.
To increase its market share in Europe and beyond, the company seeks to partner with agents and distributors in order to conclude commercial agency agreements or distribution services agreements, for a long-lasting and mutually profitable business relation.
The company is also offering a distribution agreement for (private label) farmhouse cheese.
