In the background an intelligent capacity scheduling functionality is used that maintains, controls and corrects all appointments. It comes with order confirmations in e-mail and text message, replacement vehicle functionality and integrates with all common Dealer Management Systems.
ii. Client scheduling: The planning software can be easily integrated in the user’s website. It shows customers the availability in their workshop per day/hour so they can choose their most suitable timeslot to schedule an appointment. It’s available to customers 24/7, it shows availability real-time and it enhances the end-customer’s focus and satisfaction.
iii. Welcoming clients: The software is linked to a display which personally welcomes the customers
when entering the workshop and guide them to the correct counter. While waiting for their car to be maintained or repaired, the display will keep them updated on the status of their car.
iv. Test Drive module is an online scheduling module which can be used to manage test drives. It can be easily integrated in the client’s own website and collects vital customer relations data of customers that are interested in the dealer’s cars.
