Experienced Polish producer of paper hygiene products is looking for cooperation under commercial agency agreement and distribution services agreement

The company was established in 1996 in the South-Eastern part of Poland. Since the beginning of the business activity, the company has been manufacturing paper hygiene products such as toilet paper, paper towels for roll systems, and towels for folding systems. The portfolio of clients includes wholesalers, companies from the cleaning industry, and distribution networks from such sectors as hotels, restaurants, catering/cafe (HoReCa), Away-From-Home segment (AFH), and Fast-Moving Consumer goods sector (FMCG). All goods are subject to strict quality control in the production process and are certified by the Polish National Institute of Hygiene and hold ecological certificates. The company invests in environmental protection. Until now, the company has already adopted some of the technology allowing it to shift to industry 4.0. The company’s offer includes over 200 products from the following categories: • Toilet paper: made of cellulose, made of grey recycled paper, or white recycled paper having whiteness of 65 or 80% • Kitchen towels made of cellulose • Handkerchiefs made of cellulose • AFH Jumbo toilet paper in rolls for dispensers, made of cellulose, made of grey or white recycled paper with the whiteness of 65 and 80% • AFH paper towels in rolls for dispensers, made of cellulose, made of grey or white recycled paper with the whiteness of 65 and 80% • AFH V paper towels, folded into dispensers, made of grey or white recycled paper with the whiteness of 65 and 80%, made of cellulose Besides, the company is also experienced in private labeling. It offers products under private brands of domestic and foreign customers. It can offer a wide range of products prepared precisely for partners who want to offer products under their brand. The company offers assistance in the preparation and execution of individual packages and entire product lines. The company offers also customized labels on Away From Home products. All data required by the company are placed on stickers during production. The firm is looking for cooperation with partners working in the AFH and HoReCa markets. The types of partnership considered are: the commercial agency agreement and distribution services agreement. The two types of cooperation were selected because the company wishes to establish business partnership in the selected markets: Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France and Sweeden. The desired outcome of an international partnership would be long-term cooperation under distribution services agreement or commercial agency agreement.
