French company seeks software licensees for its 3D real time test benches dedicated to the development of mobile robotic systems, drone and intelligent vehicles

Simulation tools are a key success point for the development of robotic systems using sensors and algorithms on remote-control or autonomous conditions. A French company located in Auvergne region has developed a platform for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) 3D and real-time simulation to optimize the development of autonomous cars and robotic vehicles. The realistic plug and play simulation platform allows to: - Download existing digital 3D models of the robotic (vehicle) systems and 3D digital environments. - Create scenarios to build contextual simulations using heterogeneous architectures of sensors, agents and disturbances, generate real-time simulations to generate data, Software-In-the-Loop or Hardware-In-the-Loop simulation. - Generate annotated pictures to create databases usable for the learning a neuronal network used by AI in deep-learning. - Test, make reliable and validate perception and control algorithms, radio communication systems thanks to a high level of representative real-time simulation before use them with the real vehicles on off-road and on-road 3D environments. The engineering framework of simulation allows to build design of experiment (DOE) plans. This tool minimizes financial and technical risk and secure the result of innovative projects made by industrial companies and RD laboratories working in the field of the autonomous systems development.
