French producer of cosmetics offers production capacities in private label for European brands within a manufacturing agreement

The SME based in South of France was created 35 years ago and is specialised in the production of cosmetics for French cosmetic brands. It offers the following services all along the product design lifecycle: - Product formulation with 4 to 6 months development (more 6 months if product gets Cosmos certification) - Product registration including all mandatory tests, part A and B - 8 months - Design and elaboration of cosmetic labels - 1 month The production units are quite new and they have capacities for small and medium production series. The unit producing cream, body lotions, shower gel, shampoo has a tank of 500kg and has a production capacity of 2,5 tons per week. The unit producing perfumes has the same capacity. The company also buys different packaging such as tubes, glass and plastic bottles, sprays and samples. The company takes also the responsibility of filling the packaging for its clients. These services can also be delivered for organic certified products. The SME works since many years with its clients via manufacturing agreements and tries to develop very tight partnerships. Most of the company's clients are located in Southern France. Nevertheless, as the SME has available production capacities, the team is looking at potential clients at national and international level. The company would rather work with neighbouring countries for transport purposes such as Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland etc. The SME is therefore looking for manufacturing agreements with cosmetic producers of these countries.
