Description:
A French shipyard aims to subcontract a part of the production of its 10 m in length sailboat.
The boat shall be fully built by dint of an infusion process, with sandwich PVC/SAN core, E-glass skins and polyester resin. The French shipyard will deliver all the technical files and moulds.
The potential partner should carry out the production and the assembling of the composite parts on models delivered by the French partner. The partner has to realise the construction and the assembling work with high standards of quality.
The most important criteria are the respect of the final weight and the quality of the composite work.
Once the subcontractor will have finished the construction and the assembling steps, the boat will be delivered to the French shipyard in order to make the finishing touches.
