Created in 2017, the founders are specialists in premium culinary innovations and cooking aids.
Wishing to bring molecular cooking to every household, the company developed pearls, which are small alginate balls with a liquid core. Thanks to natural spherification, a method derived from molecular cooking, the recipes are developed from noble and quality ingredients, encapsulated in the heart of a fine membrane of alginate, an extract of brown seaweed. It can be used to decorate and embellish a cocktail, an aperitif buffet, a meal, a cheese or a dessert with originality and refinement. The product is conditioned in a jar.
With the pearls, the company enlarged its portfolio with a range of 150 cooking aid products such as:
- around the truffle: truffle carpaccio, mayonnaise with truffle, risotto with truffle
- oil and vinegar,
- spices and condiments,
- eatable flowers,
- flavoured cashew nuts etc.
These products are conditioned in either glass jars or PET - Polyethylene terephthalate - wavy bottles resealable with brushed aluminium caps or brushed aluminium boxes with a transparent lid.
Its clients are both professionals and private individuals mainly from France. The company aims at crossing another step through the dissemination of its products across Europe through a distribution services agreement or a commercial agency agreement.
