To produce a well-fitting and aesthetically high-quality dental crowns, many handmade steps are required, which make the complex treatments of dental crowns and bridges to an expensive process.
The new method simplifies the process and shorts the costs of manufacturing process up to 50%.
The conditioner transforms the zirconium oxide surface into Lithium Silicate glass with a conditioning layer, which is only a few microns thick. It diffuses partially into the Zirconium restoration and ensures the adhesive fixation of Zirconium oxide restorations direct on natural teeth and implants.
Both products are available in spray form with a content of sufficiency for 50 tooth units.
The company offers the distribution of both products under private label too. The minimum purchase quantity is 1,000 pieces a year.
All self-produced products are complete Made in Germany.
